Christmas what is all about.

This pass Sunday I preached a sermon that I feel was one of those out of the park home run sermons. I'm told every Sunday by members that was a great sermon or that was your best which is not good because from the best is only down from there. You can not help to wonder if they are being nice or are they really telling the truth, only God knows. But this Sunday God set down on this sermon which I preached the "Cradle,Cross,and the Crown." I was reminded that Christmas was not about His birth, but His death on the Cross. The Cross was the ultimate goal that Christmas. The Crown was His climax of the Cross. Wow, what a Savior I serve that came to died on Christmas and the gift and visits were the lest of the focus that day. This Christmas is going to be different this year because of this picture. Christmas has always been special to me but this year God took it to another level for me. I wish you a Christ-filled Christmas because He truly is the reason for the season.
